Technical Clerk/Accountant

Description:  Project Coordinator/Technical Clerk:
• Assists Engineering Staff on Billable Projects as research assistant, project coordinator and liaison as required.
• Supports Engineering Staff administratively and handles all travel coordination for us.
• In charge of all project administration, including but not limited to creating and upkeep of project files, typing and editing of Project Reports (when required), project budget oversight and preparing weekly reports for VP-Business Development.
• Responsible for all Office Management duties, including but not limited to maintaining and ordering office supplies, coordinating with vendors (legal/accountant, computer services, copier services, etc.), coordinating with other sister companies with inter-office support and billings, and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Supporting VP-Business Development in marketing duties, such as in the creation of new marketing materials, tradeshows/conferences and advertising. Assists with similar duties as well as BTS events.
• Constant monitoring of internet sites and organizational publishing sites for RFPs, RFQs and any other potential resources where new opportunities are for all of our Engineering to submit proposals for work.
• Responsible for all our Engineering Accounting duties, such as payroll, invoicing, timewatch oversight and coordination, accounts payable/receivables and our Engineering end of month financials.


Technical Clerk

-some oil and gas experience as a technical clerk
