What’s the benefit of outsourcing the hiring process?
Outsourcing all aspects of hiring saves you time and money, from advertising and recruiting, to screening and administrative costs. According to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, this can amount to 40 percent over and above the employee’s annual salary.
How is G.A.S. different from other contract placement agencies?
Unlike typical national agencies, we assign senior management to your account. Combined, these people represent more than 80 years in the oil, gas and pipeline industries. Our large recruiting staff, state-of-the-art recruiting center and automated search process help to deliver top talent at a competitive price. With nearly 30 years of experience, G.A.S. has continually demonstrated that we are a reliable, high-quality, knowledgeable and financially secure contract technical placement agency. By using us, you leave the recruiting, reference checking, payroll, benefits packages and other administrative duties to G.A.S. You can rest assured that our staff is committed to your needs every step of the way.

Can you help me hire for overseas employment?
Yes. We often need to locate candidates who can relocate overseas or travel extensively. G.A.S. maintains a foreign package policy for overseas employment.

Can you help me hire employees who might have received early retirement packages?
Yes. G.A.S. can help you hire employees who may have received early retirement, sometimes occurring during a project’s milestone. You may prefer these retirees to complete a crucial step or see the project to completion. In other situations, you may favor a former employee to play a strategic role in a new project, but IRS regulations may prevent you from easily rehiring. G.A.S. can provide you with a viable solution in these circumstances. We can handle the hiring and administrative paperwork for short-term contracts, allowing you to use the talents you desire.

How do you handle conflicts that might arise with the contract worker?
At G.A.S., we adhere to an alternative dispute resolution system. We adopted this system not only to offer our contract employees a viable option in handling potential conflicts on the job, but also to reduce potential liability for G.A.S. and your organization. Employees receive a complete package of information explaining how the program works.
