The Recruiting Process
  1. You send us a job description for the positions you need to fill.
  2. A recruiter from our staff will review the posting and discuss with you desired qualifications.
  3. Our recruiter will then begin to search our extensive résumé tracking database to find candidates who match your criteria.
  4. Once candidates are found and interviewed, our recruiter will send the top résumés for your review.
  5. After you have surveyed the applicants, we will arrange candidate interviews based on your schedule.
  6. Once you have selected a candidate, G.A.S. will handle all the hiring arrangements. We take care of accounting, such as employer-related taxes (FUTA, SUTA, FICA and federal withholding). Our payroll division manages the compensation process, paying weekly and working with employees to establish a means of delivery (direct deposit, etc.). Ultimately, our intent is to eliminate these hassles for your organization, so you can focus on more important tasks.
  7. We can also help you keep track of staffing costs. This is especially useful in preparing short- and long-range plans, pinpointing statistical information needed to justify a new expenditure or outlining departmental requirements for the next year. Our computerized accounting system enables clients to receive this critical information to help maintain complete records on personnel expenditures for a particular project, data that can contribute in preparing and monitoring annual operating budgets.
