The Recruiting Process
- You send us a job description for the positions you need to fill.
- A recruiter from our staff will review the posting and discuss with you desired qualifications.
- Our recruiter will then begin to search our extensive résumé tracking database to find candidates who match your criteria.
- Once candidates are found and interviewed, our recruiter will send the top résumés for your review.
- After you have surveyed the applicants, we will arrange candidate interviews based on your schedule.
- Once you have selected a candidate, G.A.S. will handle all the hiring arrangements. We take care of accounting, such as employer-related taxes (FUTA, SUTA, FICA and federal withholding). Our payroll division manages the compensation process, paying weekly and working with employees to establish a means of delivery (direct deposit, etc.). Ultimately, our intent is to eliminate these hassles for your organization, so you can focus on more important tasks.
- We can also help you keep track of staffing costs. This is especially useful in preparing short- and long-range plans, pinpointing statistical information needed to justify a new expenditure or outlining departmental requirements for the next year. Our computerized accounting system enables clients to receive this critical information to help maintain complete records on personnel expenditures for a particular project, data that can contribute in preparing and monitoring annual operating budgets.
