As a contract employee, am I responsible for paying any staffing fees?
No. You are not required to pay any fees.
What must I do to become a G.A.S. employee?
First, you must complete our online application or send us your résumé. Please let us know whether you are applying for a job that we have posted online. One of our recruiters will contact you if there is a match. Your interviewing process will then begin with G.A.S. If all goes well, you will hear from us about further interviewing with the employer. We recommend you bookmark our page and check our new job postings from time to time.
On my interview with G.A.S., should I bring any paperwork?
Yes. Please be sure to bring an original copy of your résumé.
Once I’m a G.A.S. employee, how long before I can receive the complete benefits package?
Our health insurance package starts the first day of the month, 30 days after your start date. Employees can start contributing to the 401k plan three months after start date.
Will there be any international travel or relocation necessary?
Some of our clients are looking for employees who can travel within the United States and abroad. This varies from position to position. There are also clients who are searching for people who have the flexibility to relocate to another city or country for a period of time.
How often will I be paid?
We pay weekly and offer direct deposit.
How do you handle conflicts that might arise in my job?
At G.A.S., we adhere to an alternative dispute resolution system. We adopted this system to offer our contract employees a viable option in handling potential conflicts on the job. As an employee, you will receive a complete package of information explaining how the program works.
